I’ve been looking into customized nutrition plans lately since my workouts seem to be plateauing. I know I’m not eating terribly, but I also know I’m not fueling my body the best way for my fitness goals.
There are some personal training gym Santa Monica locations that include nutrition consultations, but I’m not sure how in-depth they go. I’d prefer something fully tailored to my schedule and preferences instead of a generic calorie chart.
I also want to pair it with athletic performance training since I’m working on improving overall endurance and agility. I think combining smart eating with functional training could finally help me make real progress.
Anyone here tried a program that really nailed both the workout and diet side of things?
