I'm really hoping someone here has experienced this before because I'm genuinely stuck with my 2013 Land Rover LR4 and I don't know what to do. The air suspension has decided to drop down to what I think is access height and it just won't raise back up no matter what I do. The dashboard is showing the suspension fault warning and the height control buttons don't seem to do anything at all. I've already checked the compressor and it's running fine, so I don't think it's that. I've read online that it could be a height sensor that's failed, or maybe the valve block is stuck, or even a leaking air spring that's causing the system to throw a fault and refuse to raise. The car is completely drivable but it's scraping over speed bumps and the ride is just awful at that height. I need to get this sorted before I do any serious damage to the chassis or suspension components. I don't really want to take it to the dealership because I know they'll charge me a fortune just to plug in their diagnostic computer and tell me something vague. A friend of mine who has a Discovery mentioned Land Rover roadworthy repair service and said there's a specialist in Al Quoz that actually knows these air suspension systems inside out and can diagnose exactly what's wrong without just guessing and replacing parts randomly. Has anyone here had their LR4 or Range Rover stuck at access height and managed to get it sorted? I'm really hoping it's something simple like a sensor rather than a full suspension rebuild, but I need an honest opinion from someone who's been through it.
